Because we are an online consignment store, all items are final sale. As our pieces are pre-loved, they may show minor signs of wear, which we do our best to document in each listing. We encourage you to carefully review the photos, condition notes, and measurements provided for each item before completing your purchase.

Shipping Damage Exception: If your clothing arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@my-didiscloset.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a return or resolution.

While Didi's Closet does not physically handle consignment garments, every item is reviewed before being approved for listing. Sellers are required to provide detailed photographs, measurements, descriptions, and disclose any known defects, alterations, or signs of wear. Our team reviews each submission for quality, presentation, and completeness, and only items that meet our marketplace standards are approved for sale. Any disclosed imperfections are clearly noted in the listing so buyers can shop with confidence.

We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. Orders are typically processed and shipped within [2-3] business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

We specialize in high-quality, contemporary women’s fashion. We look for brands that our community loves—think of labels you would find in popular boutiques or higher-end department stores. We generally do not accept fast-fashion brands, as we prioritize quality, longevity, and timeless style.

To ensure a successful sale, please ensure all items are freshly laundered and free of stains, rips, missing buttons, or unpleasant odours. Please check armpits, necklines, and hems carefully. If you wouldn't feel excited to buy it yourself, or loan it to a friend then it’s likely not the right fit for our shop.

Our standard commission structure ranges from a [70/30] split down to [80/20) split depending on the membership you are in, where the consignor receives [70 or 80]% of the final sale price and Didi’s Closet retains [30 or 20]% to cover the costs of photography, marketing, listing, and storage. This allows us to handle all the logistics while you sit back and earn from your pre-loved pieces.

Once your item has sold and the garment has been received and approved by the buyer, your earnings are added to your account balance. Payouts are issued [e.g., monthly / via e-transfer] on the [1st/15th] of each month. We’ll send you a notification whenever a payout has been processed.
