Because we are an online consignment store, all items are final sale. As our pieces are pre-loved, they may show minor signs of wear, which we do our best to document in each listing. We encourage you to carefully review the photos, condition notes, and measurements provided for each item before completing your purchase.
How do you verify the quality of items?
We personally inspect every item that comes through our doors. We look for cleanliness, material integrity, and authenticity. If an item doesn't meet our standards for quality and wearability, we do not list it. We want you to feel confident that every piece you buy is ready to be worn and enjoyed.
What are your shipping rates and timelines?
We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. Orders are typically processed and shipped within [2-3] business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

What brands do you accept?
We specialize in high-quality, contemporary women’s fashion. We look for brands that our community loves—think of labels you would find in popular boutiques or higher-end department stores. We generally do not accept fast-fashion brands, as we prioritize quality, longevity, and timeless style.
What condition should my items be in?
To ensure a successful sale, please ensure all items are freshly laundered and free of stains, rips, missing buttons, or unpleasant odours. Please check armpits, necklines, and hems carefully. If you wouldn't feel excited to buy it yourself, it’s likely not the right fit for our shop.
How does the commission split work?
Our standard commission structure is a [60/40] split, where the consignor receives [60]% of the final sale price and Didi’s Closet retains [40]% to cover the costs of photography, marketing, listing, and storage. This allows us to handle all the logistics while you sit back and earn from your pre-loved pieces.
How and when do I get paid?
Once your item has sold and the transaction is complete, your earnings are added to your account balance. Payouts are issued [e.g., monthly / via e-transfer] on the [1st/15th] of each month. We’ll send you a notification whenever a payout has been processed.
