1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Didi's Closet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Seller Agreement, Consignment Agreement, and any other policies published on the platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. About Didi's Closet

Didi's Closet is an online marketplace and consignment platform specializing in Indian fashion. The platform allows users to:

Buy garments
Sell garments
Consign garments
Participate in membership programs
Receive promotional and informational communications

3. User Accounts

Users must:

Provide accurate information
Maintain current contact details
Keep passwords secure
Be at least 18 years of age

Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.

4. Memberships

Didi's Closet may offer:

Free Accounts
Community Memberships
Premium Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Membership benefits may change from time to time.

5. Listings

Users listing garments agree that:

They own the item being offered for sale.
The item is authentic.
Descriptions are accurate.
Known defects are disclosed.
Submitted photos accurately represent the item.

Didi's Closet reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any listing.

6. Listing Duration

Listings remain active for fourteen (14) days unless sold earlier. Expired listings may be relisted subject to:

Payment of applicable fees
Compliance with applicable pricing policies

7. Consignment Services

Users utilizing the Company's consignment service agree to be bound by the Didi's Closet Consignment Agreement. Consignment commission rates may vary according to membership tier or promotional programs.

8. Purchases

All purchases are subject to availability. Because many garments are unique, once sold they may no longer be available. Didi's Closet does not guarantee availability of any specific item.

9. Measurements & Sizing

Indian fashion sizing varies significantly. Buyers are responsible for reviewing:

Measurements
Garment descriptions
Listing photos

Fit preference alone does not normally qualify for return or refund.

10. Buyer Disputes

Buyers must report concerns within the applicable inspection period following delivery. Disputes may include:

Undisclosed damage
Significant misrepresentation
Incorrect item received

Buyer remorse, fit preference, or personal taste generally do not qualify for refund or return.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

Logos
Branding
Images
Text
Design elements
Databases

are the property of Didi's Closet Indian Fashion Consignment Ltd. unless otherwise indicated.

12. Communications

By creating an account, users consent to receive:

Account notifications
Transaction updates
Membership communications
Promotional emails

Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Didi's Closet shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss arising from user-to-user transactions

The Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

14. Suspension & Termination

Didi's Closet may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Submit fraudulent information
Misrepresent products
Abuse platform features
Harm other users or the platform

15. Changes to Terms

Didi's Closet may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
