Becoming a Consignor

For those looking to sell, we offer a hassle-free way to refresh your wardrobe and earn money from the pieces you no longer wear.

Account Setup Note: (IMPORTANT) Consignors signing up do not need to input their real name in the First and Last name field, as we use those names for your vendor title. Feel free to use an anonymous username instead (for example, FluffyLion 620). However, please ensure you include your correct email address and banking or Interac e-transfer information in your account settings so we can securely process your payouts.

How Consignment Works

• Portal Approval: It is a one-time fee of $5 to become approved on the portal. This must be remitted via e-transfer to info@my-didiscloset.com.
• Listing Fee: There is a $10 listing fee per item. When an item sells, this $10 fee is applied directly toward your shipping costs (we operate on a $10 flat-rate shipping model).
• Revenue Split & Fulfillment: Upon a successful sale, you retain 70% of the total revenue, while the store retains 30%. You will be responsible for shipping the item directly to the buyer with the shipping label fully provided by us.
• Payouts: Your 70% profit will be deposited directly into your bank account via e-transfer once the item has sold and shipped.

How to Get Started

• Photograph Your Items: Capture clear, well-lit images of standard clothing items laid flat on a clean surface. If an item features a distinct design on the reverse side, please include a back-facing photograph. For hanging items such as shararas, saris, or dupattas, please hang them securely from a door or a proper hanger.
• Submit Your Assets: Forward your photographs and applicable fees via e-transfer to info@my-didiscloset.com. We will utilize advanced AI modeling to showcase your garments professionally, handling all listing and marketing efforts on your behalf.

Guidelines & Structure

• Item Guidelines: To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your pieces are clean, gently used, and free of damage before listing them.
• Commission Structure: Consignors receive a generous 70% of the final sale price, with payouts processed seamlessly once your items sell and ship.
